# About Kyuko

Updated: October 24, 2026 · https://kyuko.me/en/about/

> **In short.** Kyuko is a QR-code virtual queue service. Visitors join the queue from their phone without an app, while the business prints a poster, shows called numbers on a screen and sees waiting-time analytics. The service works in the browser; its interface is in Ukrainian and prices are in hryvnias.

## What Kyuko is

Kyuko is a QR-code virtual queue service: visitors join the queue from their phone without installing an app and get notified when it is their turn.

For visitors, it is a poster with a QR code, a number on their phone and a notification when their turn comes. For a business, it is a dashboard in the browser: locations, queues, posters, screens in the waiting area, booking, visitor feedback and analytics. For a general explanation of how virtual queues work, see [What is a virtual queue](https://kyuko.me/en/guides/what-is-a-virtual-queue/).

## Product principles

- The visitor does not need an app: the queue works in the phone browser.
- By default, the visitor enters nothing: no name and no contact details. For each visitor, the service keeps only ticket data; anything more is stored only if the business turns on a form or the visitor books a time slot or leaves feedback.
- Form answers are deleted automatically after 30 days, contact details from a booking after 30 days and feedback comments after 90 days.
- The screen and the notifications never show names or contact details: they show the ticket number, the queue name, the service point and the queue status.
- Prices are in hryvnias, and all plan terms are described on the [Pricing](https://kyuko.me/en/pricing/) page.
- The service interface is in Ukrainian. In English, you can read the home page, the pricing page, the guide to virtual queues and this page.
