# Wait anywhere — we will call you

Updated: October 25, 2026 · https://kyuko.me/en/

> **In short.** Kyuko is a QR-code virtual queue service: visitors join the queue from their phone without installing an app and get notified when it is their turn. The service interface is in Ukrainian only; prices are in hryvnias (UAH).

## A poster on the wall. A ticket in your pocket. A call on the screen

1. **1 · Scan.** The QR code on the poster at the entrance opens the queue page
2. **2 · Wait anywhere.** Your number and place in the queue are on your phone
3. **3 · You will be called.** A notification in the browser or Telegram and the number on the screen

## Everything a queue needs

- QR-code queue. The visitor scans the code, gets a number and can step away. The QR code can be static on a poster or dynamic on a screen.
- Screen in the waiting area. Shows called numbers and the QR code. A screen connects with an 8-digit code; screens are available on paid plans.
- QR posters. 80 templates in 15 formats for print and screens.
- Booking. Time slots and an “I am here” check-in: booked visitors join the queue ahead of walk-ins. On paid plans.
- Queue analytics. Heatmap, waiting time, breakdowns and targets. How far back the history goes depends on the plan.
- Visitor feedback. A rating from 1 to 5 stars and a comment after the visit. Only owners and managers see them.

## For businesses and institutions where people wait

- Car repair and tyre fitting. Seasonal peaks: people wait in their car, not at the entrance.
- Salons and barbershops. Booking and a live queue in one place.
- Clinics and labs. Check-in for booked visits and a visitor form.
- Repair centres. Device intake, with each customer’s place in the queue on their phone.

Also suitable: Government institutions, Pharmacies, Veterinary clinics, Shops, Education, Banks, Post and delivery, Cafés and restaurants, Events and leisure.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do visitors need to install an app?

No. A visitor scans the QR code and opens the queue page in the browser. Notifications arrive in the browser or in Telegram. On an iPhone, Telegram is the easier option: browser notifications there work only after the site is added to the home screen. While the page is open, the call plays a sound once the visitor has tapped the page; there is no vibration on an iPhone. Read more in [What is a virtual queue](https://kyuko.me/en/guides/what-is-a-virtual-queue/).

### How much does a virtual queue cost?

The free plan has 1 queue. Paid plans: Business is UAH 599 per month and Network is UAH 499 per location per month, minimum 2 locations; yearly billing is 16.7% cheaper. All prices are in hryvnias. See [Pricing](https://kyuko.me/en/pricing/).

### How does a visitor join the queue?

By scanning the QR code on a poster at the entrance or on a screen in the waiting area. The queue page opens; if the business enabled a visitor form, the visitor fills it in first. They then see their number and place in the queue on their phone.

### Can the queue be shown on a TV?

Yes. A screen connects with an 8-digit code from the dashboard and shows called numbers and the QR code. Screens are available on paid plans: 2 on the Business plan and 2 per paid location on the Network plan.

### Can booking and a live queue work together?

Yes, on paid plans: a visitor picks a time slot, then checks in with an “I am here” button on the day and joins the queue ahead of walk-ins.

### What data is stored about visitors?

Form answers and contact details from bookings are kept for 30 days. A feedback comment is kept for 90 days, while the rating stays in the statistics. The interface and the legal documents are in Ukrainian only; the links are in the footer. Learn more about the service on the [About Kyuko](https://kyuko.me/en/about/) page.
