## What the limits mean

- **Locations:** Branches or premises where you serve people. Only active locations count; archived ones do not.
- **Queues:** Services people queue for; each has its own QR code and numbers.
- **Service points:** Counters, bays and rooms that people are called to.
- **Staff seats:** Team members, including the owner, together with pending invitations.
- **Screens:** TVs, monitors and tablets linked to your organisation.
- **Analytics history:** The current calendar month plus as many previous months as the plan states. The same limit applies to visitor feedback and the Staff report.
- **Visits:** Plans do not limit the number of visits per month.

> **Note.** On the Network plan, N is the number of paid locations you choose. Limits are multiplied by N and shared across the whole organisation; analytics history is not multiplied. Archiving a location does not reduce billing automatically: change the number of locations in the Plan section.

## Payment and auto-renewal

- Payment is by card in hryvnias on the payment provider’s secure page. The card number never reaches Kyuko.
- The organisation owner pays; a manager can only see the plan.
- Yearly billing is 16.7% cheaper than paying monthly for twelve months: UAH 5,990 per year for the Business plan and UAH 4,990 per location for the Network plan, minimum 2 locations.
- Auto-renewal turns on after the first payment if the card is saved. The owner can turn it off by cancelling the subscription or deleting the card; the plan then stays active until the end of the paid period.
- The Business trial month needs no card and does not renew automatically: when it ends, the free plan applies. If you pay early, you keep the rest of the trial: paid access starts immediately, and the paid period starts when the trial ends.
- If a charge fails, the plan stays active while retries go on, for up to 8 days. When attempts run out, the free plan applies.
- The owner gets emails when a payment is received, when a charge fails (with the reason and the date of the next attempt) and when the plan ends, plus a reminder 7 days before a yearly charge.
- There are no self-service refunds; refund terms are in the public offer, which is published in Ukrainian only (the link is in the footer).

## Changing and ending a plan

- Moving to a more expensive plan or adding paid locations during the current billing period takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge. The dashboard shows the amount due now, plus the next amount and charge date.
- Reducing paid locations takes effect at the next renewal. If you are on an older plan, your paid terms stay the same until you choose to switch.
- For seasonal work, pay monthly and turn off auto-renewal after the season. Your settings are kept on the free plan, and you can reactivate a paid plan later.
- Moving to a cheaper plan or another billing period takes effect at the next renewal: nothing is charged now, and a scheduled change can be cancelled.
- When a plan ends or is downgraded, nothing is deleted: the locations and queues created first stay active, and the rest become inactive. Settings are kept and come back after an upgrade.
- Tickets already in a queue are still served, but a queue over the limit stops issuing new tickets via QR code.
- Screens over the limit show “Upgrade your plan”; staff over the limit keep access, but no new invitations can be sent; analytics history gets shorter.
- Booking: new bookings and rescheduling in an unavailable queue are not accepted; existing bookings, cancellation, the calendar file and check-in keep working.
