Template catalogue
80 templates cover 16 industries, each in five times of day. All share a sky, sun or moon, waves, a QR card on water and Kyu on the shore. Kyu’s outfit and sky icons identify the industry. See car repair, beauty salons, clinics and repair centres.
- Industries
- Healthcare, pharmacies, vets, beauty, cafés, restaurants, shops, post and delivery, tyre fitting and car repair, car washes, device repair, public institutions, banks, education, events and leisure, plus general templates.
- Time of day
- Morning, day, evening, twilight and night. Morning, day and evening are light with a sun; twilight and night are dark with a moon and stars.

- SVG is available for all 15 formats.
- PDF is for print formats only: exact page size without margins, bleed or crop marks.
- Your browser creates PNG for screen formats by converting SVG to an image at the screen’s size; the server does not generate it.
- Text is converted to outlines, so the poster does not depend on installed viewer or printer fonts.
What you can change
- Template
- Choose the industry in tabs and the time of day on cards. A large preview shows even unsaved changes.
- Title
- Up to 60 characters. Leave empty to use the queue name.
- Caption
- Up to 120 characters. Leave empty to use “Scan the QR code to join the queue”.
- Format
- Choose when downloading. The design does not save a format.
- Who can edit
- Owners and managers. Each queue has one design, saved with Save design.
- Long text
- Text shrinks, then ends with an ellipsis if it still does not fit.
What stays fixed
- The bottom steps — point your camera, tap Join the queue, wait for a notification — are in Ukrainian only. They disappear when space is limited, for example on a square sticker.
- The palette, font and Kyu mascot belong to the template. Your business logo and colours cannot be added.
- The Kyuko mark appears at the bottom right of every poster and screen and cannot be removed on any plan.
The poster QR code
- The QR points to the queue’s permanent address, independently of template and text. Changing the design does not change it.
- The layout preserves QR size by shrinking text and mascot and removing steps when needed. The QR card uses at least 45% of the sheet’s shorter side, with clear space around the code and at least 7:1 code-to-paper contrast.
- An on-screen poster for a dynamic queue encodes the current code. A printed poster of that queue cannot issue tickets. Its design appears on the waiting-area screen.
Printing
- Download PDF: the page matches the selected format exactly.
- The sky fills the sheet without bleed or crop marks, so domestic printers may leave white margins.
- Before a large print run, print a sample and scan it with a phone to check readability on your printer and paper.
- For tablets and screens, download PNG or SVG at screen size, or connect a live waiting-area display.
Posters and plans
Posters are on every plan. One design per queue means 1 on Free, 5 on Business and 5 per paid location on Network. Dynamic QR and live screens require a paid plan.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add my own logo and colours?
No. The template sets the palette, font and mascot, and every poster carries the Kyuko mark. You can change the template, title and caption.
Which download formats are available?
Print: PDF or SVG in 9 formats — A3, A4, A5 and A6 portrait and landscape, plus a 100 × 100 mm sticker. Screen: PNG or SVG in 6 formats for TVs, monitors, vertical stands, tablets and iPads.
Are bleed and crop marks included?
No. PDF uses exact page dimensions without margins. Borderless printing needs a compatible printer; domestic printers may leave white margins.
How many posters can I make?
One design per queue: 1 on Free, 5 on Business, 5 per paid location on Network. File downloads are unlimited. See Pricing.
Can I edit the bottom steps?
No. The steps about scanning, joining and waiting for a notification are fixed in the template and are in Ukrainian only.
Can a phone scan the QR code?
Modern phone cameras scan QR without an app. Older phones or poor print quality may fail, so test a sample print.
Can I show a poster on screen?
Yes, with 6 screen formats or a live display that adds calls. See TV displays.
What about posters for dynamic QR?
A printed dynamic-queue poster cannot issue tickets because its code does not change. Use its design on a live screen; printed posters serve static queues. See Walk-in queues.
