When the customer arrives

  1. 1

Scan the QR at the entrance

A poster by the gate or an on-screen code opens the queue in the browser without an app.

  2. 2

    Get a number

See a number, such as A-017, and the count of cars ahead. Complete the form first if enabled.

  3. 3

Wait in the car or nearby

Browser or Telegram notifications arrive when a few visitors remain ahead and when called, according to the customer’s choice.

  4. 4

    Drive in when called

The screen shows the number; the ticket shows Your turn and where to go.

Seasonal peaks

On busy days numbers follow arrival order. Customers see how many people are ahead and, if enabled, an estimate. Plan shifts with the arrival heatmap by weekday and local hour, waiting metrics and abandonment data. See Queue analytics.

A QR code that changes

Static QR photos allow remote joining. Dynamic QR on a screen changes every 1–10 minutes, default 2, and tickets require a valid current code. This is not complete protection: photos remain valid for one to two update intervals.

Note. Dynamic QR and screens are on Business and Network. Printed QR for a dynamic queue does not issue tickets. See TV displays.

Vehicle registration and phone

Managers can add up to 10 form fields, such as vehicle registration and phone. Staff see answers on the calling board. Answers delete after 30 days while ticket statistics remain. Forms are on Business and Network.

Walk-ins and time bookings

Enable mixed queues for planned visits. Customers choose a time, then tap “I am here” from 15 minutes before it and join ahead of walk-ins. See Time booking.

Time-only slots have equal duration. For different services such as washing and diagnostics, use separate queues or specialist booking, with individual service durations and schedules. See Specialist booking.

Choosing a plan

For one location, Business usually suffices: 1 location, 5 queues; 10 service points, 10 staff seats. For multiple locations use Network: 5 queues, 10 service points, 10 staff seats per location. Try Free with 1 location, 1 queue; 3 service points, 3 staff seats. See Pricing.

What to expect

  • Kyuko manages queues and bookings and is not a workshop CRM: it has no job orders or repair payments, and client records keep only form data and visits.
  • Notifications use the browser or Telegram. On iPhone, website alerts require adding the site to the home screen. No SMS.
  • Operators manually add customers without smartphones. Those tickets have no notifications; call them by voice or screen number.
  • The queue interface is in Ukrainian.

Frequently asked questions

Must customers install an app?

No. They scan the QR code and open the queue in a browser. See Walk-in queue.

What if people join from home?

Enable dynamic QR on a screen by the entrance. Tickets require a current code; photos and forwarded links expire quickly. It limits remote joining without guaranteeing full protection. Available on Business and Network.

Can I collect vehicle registrations?

Yes. Add a vehicle-registration text field to the form. Staff see it on the calling board; screens and notifications do not show it. Mark the field Save in client record and make it the key in client records to find a client’s visit history by registration.

Does Kyuko work for a multi-bay car wash?

Yes. Bays are service points. One point can serve several queues and one queue can use several points.

What if a customer leaves before their turn?

Customers can leave the queue themselves. Otherwise operators mark No-show after calling. Remaining tickets close at day end and count as abandoned in analytics.

Can I book a customer for a set time?

Yes, on «Business» and «Network». Checked-in bookings join ahead of walk-ins. Use separate queues or specialist mode for different service durations. See Time booking.

Can services have separate queues?

Yes. Each has its own QR, number prefix and settings. The plan sets the queue limit. See Pricing.
