Bookings and walk-ins together
- 1
Booked client
Chooses services, a specialist and a time beforehand. From 15 minutes before the visit, taps “I am here” and waits for that specialist to call.
- 2
Walk-in client
Scans the entrance QR, chooses services and a specific or any available specialist, and waits anywhere for a browser or Telegram notification.
- 3
One order for both
Checked-in bookings go ahead of walk-ins. The count ahead includes only clients waiting for the same specialist.
Note. Booking time is a guide, not an exact promise: a previous service may take longer. See Specialist booking and Walk-in queues.
Specialists and services
- Each specialist has a name, services and schedule. Set individual service duration when they work faster or slower.
- Clients see only times fitting the whole visit and your configured break of up to 60 minutes.
- No double bookings: a specialist’s availability is shared across queues and locations.
- Specialists can share a direct booking link with clients, for example on social media.
- Link a specialist to a staff account to let them view their own bookings.
Confirmations, reminders and calendar
- With an email address, clients receive confirmation and a reminder one day before. No reminder is sent for bookings made less than one day and two hours before the visit.
- The booking page names the specialist and lets clients reschedule, cancel and add the visit to their calendar.
- Booking needs no app or login: choose services and a time, provide phone or email and accept the rules.
- Email addresses are not verified, so email is an additional channel rather than a guarantee. No SMS. After check-in the ticket uses browser or Telegram alerts.
When clients arrive
The arrival heatmap shows weekdays and local hours. View waiting time, abandonment and the Staff report assigning visits and feedback to specialists. See Queue analytics.
Regular clients
With client records, reception finds a regular client by phone or name, sees past visits and books again with the form already filled in. A salon usually identifies clients by phone and first name. Keep preferences the client should not see in the form in a Staff only field.
Choosing a plan
Specialist and time booking are on «Business» and «Network». One salon usually needs Business: 1 location, 5 queues; 10 service points, 10 staff seats. Multiple salons can use Network: 5 queues, 10 service points, 10 staff seats per location. Free includes 1 location, 1 queue; 3 service points, 3 staff seats with walk-ins but no booking. See Pricing.

- Other interface languages: queue and booking pages are in Ukrainian.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book a client with a specific specialist?
Yes. Clients choose services, a specialist or any available, and see times free for the entire visit. Receptionists can also book by phone. See Specialist booking.
Can I also accept walk-ins?
Yes. Mixed queues let walk-ins scan the QR, choose services and a specialist, and join. Checked-in bookings have priority. See Walk-in queue.
What if a booked client is late?
Check-in remains open for the configured allowance: default 10 minutes, adjustable from 0 to 60. Staff can reschedule if warned. Otherwise the booking becomes No-show.

No. Both queues and bookings open in the phone browser.
How long are booking contacts kept?
Phone, email and form answers attached to a booking are automatically deleted 30 days after its date. Booking time and status remain.
