How your workshop maps to Kyuko
| In the workshop | In Kyuko |
|---|---|
| Repair centre or workshop | Location: your customer address with its own time zone |
| Intake, collection, consultation | Queue: a service with its own QR code and number prefix |

Separate intake and collection queues
Dropping off and collecting a device take different amounts of time. Give each a queue with its own QR and a 1–4-character prefix, such as I for intake and C for collection. One counter can serve both; operators see both on one board.
On the day of the visit
- 1
The client scans the QR
A poster by the entrance or counter opens the queue in the browser without an app.
- 2
Get a number
See a number such as I-017 and how many people are ahead. Complete the form first if enabled.
- 3
Wait wherever convenient
Browser or Telegram notifications arrive when a few visitors remain ahead and when called, according to the customer’s choice.
- 4
Approach the counter
The screen and ticket show your number and where to go when it is your turn.
Order details in the form
Managers can add up to 10 fields, such as device model, order number and phone. Operators see answers on the board. They delete after 30 days; ticket statistics stay. Forms are on Business and Network.
Display by the counter
A screen shows called numbers, service points, waiting counts and the QR code. It can show intake and collection together. Available on Business and Network. See TV displays.
Choosing a plan
One workshop usually needs Business: 1 location, 5 queues; 10 service points, 10 staff seats. For several centres use Network: 5 queues, 10 service points, 10 staff seats per location. Try Free with 1 location, 1 queue; 3 service points, 3 staff seats. See Pricing.
What Kyuko does not include
- Repair orders and repair status: Kyuko does not notify clients that a device is ready. Notifications concern only the queue.
- SMS: notifications use the browser or Telegram.
- Other interface languages: the queue page is in Ukrainian.
Frequently asked questions
Can intake and collection have separate queues?
Yes. Each has its own QR, prefix and settings. One counter can serve multiple queues. The plan determines the number of queues.
Will Kyuko notify clients when repairs are ready?
No. Kyuko manages queues, not repairs. Notifications say the turn is near or it is time to approach; there is no repair-order status.
Can I book a client for a set time?
Yes, on «Business» and «Network». Booked clients check in with “I am here” and join ahead of walk-ins. See Time booking, or Specialist booking when clients choose a person.
What client data can I collect?
Your configured form fields, up to 10 per queue: first name, surname, patronymic, phone, email, text, number, date, list or checkbox. By default clients enter nothing.
Must customers install an app?
No. They scan the QR code and open the queue in a browser. See Walk-in queue.
Does Kyuko support multiple counters?
Yes. Each counter is a service point. One point can serve multiple queues, and one queue can use several points.
What if a client has no smartphone?
Staff add a manual ticket without a browser connection or notifications. Call the client by voice or screen number.
