Subject and conclusion of the contract

  • The provider grants access within the selected plan. The customer uses the Service under these terms and pays if choosing a paid plan.
  • This offer applies equally to everyone wishing to use the Service for business or professional activity.
  • Creating a Kyuko account accepts this offer and concludes a contract on the free plan. Paying or linking a card accepts the subscription terms, including automatic charges to the saved card.
  • The contract is electronic, legally equivalent to written form. Its place of conclusion is the provider’s location.
  • By accepting, the customer confirms authority to contract for their business and that supplied information is accurate.

Plans and prices

Paid plans
Plan Price per month Price per year
Business UAH 599 UAH 5,990
Network UAH 499 per location UAH 4,990 per location

Network starts at 2 paid locations. The total is the unit price multiplied by your selected count; limits multiply by the same count and are pooled across the organisation. Yearly prices equal ten monthly payments.

Free has no time limit. Limits and features are under Pricing; the displayed price at payment applies. All prices are final in hryvnias. The provider is not VAT-registered.

The first organisation receives Business free for one calendar month from creation, without a card or charge. It does not renew automatically; afterwards Free applies and settings and data remain. Early payment grants paid access immediately, but the paid period begins after the trial ends, preserving the unused trial remainder.

Payment and subscription

  • Paid plans are prepaid monthly or yearly by card through plata by mono in hryvnias only. The organisation owner pays; the provider bears payment processing fees.
  • Payment establishes a subscription: the payment provider saves the card and charges the next monthly or yearly period automatically when the previous one ends. There is no one-off payment without a subscription.
  • Each owner payment in the dashboard, including initial payment, upgrades and debt settlement, establishes a subscription to the active plan if the card is saved, even after a previous cancellation.
  • If the card is not saved, the paid period remains valid without automatic renewal; the dashboard and payment email explain this. During the period, linking a card establishes the subscription without payment: the provider checks the card and charges nothing. Card replacement works the same way.
  • After payment, the owner receives a payment email and electronic fiscal receipt. Subscription setup by card linking sends an email showing the next amount and charge date.
  • Owners may cancel or delete the card at any time, stopping automatic charges while access lasts to the period end. A cancelled subscription may be resumed during that period. A reminder precedes yearly charges.
  • Failed charges trigger retries while the plan stays active for up to 8 days, after which Free applies.
  • Upgrades or more paid locations take effect immediately with a prorated charge shown before payment. A cheaper plan, fewer locations or another billing period takes effect at the next renewal.
  • The provider may change prices. Accepted subscription pricing remains until the owner explicitly changes its terms. New prices and terms are emailed at least 30 days before a charge.

Refunds

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access lasts to the paid period end; an already-started period is not refundable.
  • Full refunds apply to mistaken or duplicate charges, charges after cancellation or card deletion, and automatic yearly renewals requested for refund within 14 days after charging.
  • If the provider ends the Service for reasons other than customer breach, unused paid time is refunded proportionally.
  • Request refunds through Help or the email address below. Refunds return to the original card within 14 days of the request.

Rights and obligations

The provider:

  • Provides round-the-clock access except maintenance and failures, announcing maintenance in advance where possible.
  • Develops the Service and may change or add features without impairing the paid plan’s substance during the paid period.
  • Responds to Help and email requests.
  • May open a time-limited support session to investigate requests or faults. Owners receive an email. Form answers, booking contacts and feedback are hidden.
  • May temporarily restrict access for breaches of these terms or law or threats to the Service, notifying the owner.
  • May use de-identified aggregate usage data to develop the Service.

The customer:

  • Supplies accurate information, protects passwords and is responsible for invited staff actions.
  • Is responsible for entered names, texts, form questions and notes.
  • As controller of visitor and staff data, has lawful grounds, informs people, requests only data needed for service and does not collect health, biometric or other legally restricted data through the Service.
  • Does not use the Service for unlawful activity, spam or deception, evade plan limits, disrupt the Service or attempt access to others’ data.
  • Does not resell or transfer access without the provider’s consent.
  • Pays the chosen paid plan on time.

Service and data rights

The Service, code, design, poster templates and Kyuko mark belong to the provider. Customers may use them only within the Service and plan, including printing and displaying their queue posters. Customer-entered data belongs to the customer.

Liability

  • The parties are liable for contractual breaches under Ukrainian law.
  • The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for failures outside its fault, including connectivity, power, customer or visitor devices, browser notifications, Telegram, email and payment providers.
  • Notifications assist rather than guarantee attendance. The provider is not liable for missed calls due to muted sound, phone settings or lack of connection.
  • Liability is limited to direct losses and the amount paid in the last 3 months. Lost profit is excluded. This limit does not apply to intentional breaches.
  • Force majeure, including war, power and communication outages, cyberattacks and authority decisions, releases the affected party from liability. It must notify the other party as soon as possible.

Disputes

  • The parties first seek resolution through negotiation.
  • Send claims to the other party’s email. They are reviewed and answered within 30 days.
  • Unresolved disputes go to a Ukrainian court under jurisdiction rules.
  • Ukrainian law governs the contract.

Personal data

The Privacy policy explains data processing, purposes and retention.

For visitor data and staff-report data, the customer is controller and the provider is processor. This section instructs the provider to process those data as follows:

  • Process only to operate the Service within the customer’s dashboard settings.
  • Grant access only to customer staff with appropriate roles. Kyuko support cannot see form answers, booking contacts or feedback.
  • Use only recipients named in the privacy policy and notify owners at least 30 days before adding recipients.
  • Protect data, help the customer respond to data requests and notify the customer of a breach without undue delay.
  • After termination and on request, delete organisation data except legally required records.

The customer informs staff that the Service records who called and completed tickets and shows visitor ratings in the Staff report.

Duration, changes and termination

  • The contract runs indefinitely from acceptance until termination.
  • Paid access lasts to the period end. Expiry or downgrade deletes nothing: locations and queues created first remain active, others become inactive.
  • Customers may terminate at any time by cancelling, stopping use and requesting organisation deletion.
  • The provider publishes revised offers here. Substantial changes are emailed at least 30 days before taking effect. Customers who disagree may terminate and receive a refund for unused paid time.
  • The provider may terminate with at least 30 days notice, or immediately for serious breaches of the offer or law.
  • The offer applies while published here. The current revision date appears above.
