How it works
- 1
Staff finish the visit
Tap Done or Done and next, which completes the visit and calls the next visitor.
- 2
The visitor sees a form
The ticket page asks How was the service, showing the queue, location and ticket number.
- 3
Leave a rating
Choose 1 to 5 stars and optionally comment on what went well or could improve, up to 1,000 characters. Skipping is allowed.
- 4
Feedback reaches the dashboard
Owners and managers see it under Feedback with the ticket, visit date and staff member.
What visitors see
- When
- Immediately after Done. The form stays open for 7 days; return using the ticket link.
- One visit, one response
- One response per served ticket. Submitted feedback cannot be edited.
- No login or contacts
- No name, phone or email is entered; feedback is linked to the ticket.
- The same for every rating
- The form does not suggest a score or ask only unhappy visitors for explanations. The comment field is the same for every star rating.
- Skip
- Skip hides the form and leaves a Leave feedback button. It counts as neither a response nor a zero rating.
- When no form appears
- For manually added tickets, staff-checked-in bookings and queues with feedback disabled.
What businesses see
- Average rating
- One decimal place and the number of responses beside it.
- Satisfied
- Share of ratings from 4 to 5.
- Response rate
- The share of eligible served visitors who responded. Form opens are not tracked, so this is not a share of those who saw it.
- Distribution
- Count for each rating from 1 to 5.
- List
- Newest responses first: rating, comment or No comment, visit date, location, queue, point, staff and ticket. No visitor contacts.
- Filters
- Period, location, queue and staff; the list also filters by score and Has text. List filters do not change the summary above.
There are no edit or delete buttons. Low ratings stay just like high ones.
Note. Feedback belongs to the visit date, not the submission date. A response tomorrow counts towards today’s visit. While forms remain open, the dashboard says Feedback is still arriving.
Staff report
Queue analytics includes served visits, waiting, call-to-completion time, no-shows and ratings per staff member, with links to visits and comments.
- The first caller receives attribution; the person marking Done is recorded separately and shown in details.
- Default sorting uses served visits, not ratings. Response counts accompany each average.
- Visits called before feedback launched appear as Staff not recorded and are not attributed to anyone.
- Everyone should use their own account: a shared login puts everyone in one row.
Who sees feedback
- Owners see the whole organisation; managers see only assigned locations.
- Operators cannot see feedback. Their board only shows who the visit will be attributed to.
- Kyuko support cannot see feedback, even in a support session.
- Other people’s feedback never appears on screens, notifications or ticket pages.
Data and retention
- Comments delete automatically 90 days after submission. Ratings remain, preserving historical totals.
- Feedback is linked to the visit: the business sees its ticket and day. The form does not promise anonymity and asks visitors not to enter personal data.
- The service checks that a visit occurred, not the writer’s identity. Whoever has the ticket link can respond.
- See the Privacy policy for details.
Plans and settings
Feedback and Staff reports are on every plan at no extra charge. History follows analytics: 1 month on Free, or the paid plan’s month limit. See Pricing.
Collect feedback after service is on by default per queue. Turning it off hides new forms and closes open ones. Submitted responses remain in reports.
What feedback does not include
- Public ratings or website/map widgets: only the business sees feedback.
- Moderation or business replies.
- Invitations by SMS, email or Telegram: the form appears only on the ticket page.
- A separate feedback file export.
- Forms for manually added tickets or staff-checked-in bookings.
- Multi-question surveys: only a rating and comment.
